COMPANION ANIMAL ADVOCATES TEAMS UP WITH RIDGEWOOD VETERINARY HOSPITAL TO HOST FREE CAT AND DOG CPR LECTURE
RIDGEWOOD, N.J. (MARCH 23, 2010) Companion Animal Advocates and The Ridgewood Veterinary Hospital are hosting a FREE cat and dog CPR lecture and demonstration on Monday, April 12th. The lecture will be held at The Ridgewood Veterinary Hospital, 320 East Ridgewood Avenue, Ridgewood N.J., and begins at 6:30 p.m.
What would you do if your dog or cat should suddenly stop breathing or went into cardiac arrest? What if your pet was choking on a foreign object like a piece of toy or other small object? Your pet is just like another member of your family, and you would want to do anything to help save their life. By coming to this class you will learn valuable information that you hope you will never have to use, but if you do you will have the tools to succeed.
“As a way to give back to the community that has supported us for years, Companion Animal Advocates wanted to help out with Humane Education in our community,” said Christine McIndoe of Ho-Ho-Kus, Vice President of Companion Animal Advocates. “Being prepared with knowledge in case the unthinkable happens could save your pet’s life and we look forward to providing the community with that knowledge.”
Seating is limited so please RSVP as soon as possible to Christine McIndoe at Christine@CompanionAnimalAdvocates.org or by calling (201) 706-7666.
