COMPANION ANIMAL ADVOCATES TEAMS UP WITH BORST LANDSCAPE & DESIGN AND HILLSDALE ANIMAL HOSPITAL

TO HOST FREE PET HAZARDS LECTURE

HILLSDALE, N.J. (APRIL 28, 2010) Companion Animal Advocates, Borst Landscape & Design and the Hillsdale Animal Hospital are hosting a FREE “Pet Hazards” lecture on Tuesday, June 15th. The lecture will be held at The Hillsdale Library, located at 509 Hillsdale Avenue, Hillsdale, N.J. and begins at 6:30 PM.

As a pet owner, we are sure that you want to protect your pet(s) in the best way possible from the unthinkable. We are hosting this event to inform pet owners of indoor pet hazards such as what foods to not feed your pet and why, as well as what types of plants are pet friendly and which ones you should stay away from. We will also be discussing organic lawn care including flea & tick prevention and the benefits that organic offers as well as outdoor pet hazards such as plants and flowers you should stay away from planting if you have a pet. We will also touch upon some organic ideas to keep deer from eating your plants.
